Rogues inquisitors of freedom, vile dividers of teams and friends, between photocopies they stifle my creativity, scoundrels asking for meaningless reports.
They schedule appointments, after hours, an overwhelmed agenda of meetings. Harassing words, they judge with their eyes, to the one who is sane, still with hope. Idealist who believe in change, exhausted men who have no rest.
Mothers see their children's youth pass by on a screen. Miserables see numbers before sweat and tears.
I, alone, see an empty monitor, a screen that, something, would like to tell me, a shower of emails in my tray, and my life that weighs, with each wait, my position, in this company, an illusion, several years following, the same pattern.
A manual that no one will read, indicators that no one will understand, speaking Spanglish looks very fashionable, It doesn't make money, but it attracts people.
The most tortuous room is the office, teary eyes, sad faces and living dead.
Laws that favor the most shameless, employees who dream of reaching heaven, without knowing that the fall will be higher, towards the ground.
In Latin America, we are still slaves, raw material for a market, only wanted to exploit us, and not always compensate, to those who believe that they do something important, for his family, his people and his country, to the one who believes that something important does for believing in the owners and the richest, who paint us a happy world, their world of peace.
Mi creatividad no tendría límites.

If I were like you, what would it be like? I’m sure it won’t be easy. Being swimming daily in a sea of feelings and emotions that govern my mind but not my actions. Acting as expected but not always as I would like. With more than a million questions in my head but no answers. An engine that does not stop like energy that never disappears. With anxiety when you are not there, with worry when I have you. Believing that everything is personal to me and perhaps without being, I am the center of the universe. Living with the uncertainty of having you, the loneliness of not seeing you and the raw emotions of finding you. Constantly changing my reactions, tastes, desires and colors. Talking tirelessly about the thousand things I want but never telling you how, when or why. Dissolving what you took for granted, creating new theorems, establishing laws that I will not follow, rules that I will break and telling you, simply, «Sorry, I forgot it.»
If I were like you, it would be beautiful. Appearing like I’m dancing with the stars but, in truth, worried and with my feet firmly on the ground. With nobility, humility and sympathy, I would give my hug to whoever needs it, I would cry with whoever I wanted and I would always help those who did not ask me. I would invent the most absurd things in the world to make you laugh and I would show you that you also have to spend, you have to live! My creativity would have no limits. One day I would be a spy, another day a publicist, inventor, actress, screenwriter or artist. We would live our own soap opera of Korean or Mexican proportions. It would make your existence like an electrocardiogram. I would be faithful to you to the core, I would love you secretly. In my introversion I would think of you; and, in my tantrums I would defend your rights.
If I were like you and you were like me. I don’t know if you would have chosen me as your lover. Because even if you think I don’t see it. I notice all those details of your personality that make me reflect on how amazing you are and how amazing you can be. While I only live in a world of squares, numbers, laws and vertices. You, for me, break all the schemes, you go out of the box, you break paradigms, you live every day, teaching me that life has as many possibilities as the number of stars that exist in the sky.
H: Why are you crying?
M: I don’t understand it myself. It’s something I can’t control.
H: But, you never gave your heart. You never let anyone get close enough to love you.
M: That’s what you think. But just because I didn’t give my heart to someone, doesn’t mean I can’t feel pain.
H: But how can you feel pain for something you never gave?
M: Because, it is possible to feel pain for what you never had, for lost opportunities and unrequited loves.
H: So you’re crying for something that doesn’t exist?
M: Yes. For the love that I never had the opportunity to give, for the heart that I never gave. And that hurts as much as a broken heart.
H: But, you still have the chance to do it. It’s not too late.
M: It’s not that simple. It’s not just about delivering. It’s about finding someone who’s worth it.
H: But how can you know who’s worth it if you never try?
M: That’s the hardest thing. Knowing when and to whom to open your heart is one of the most difficult decisions you will have to make in life.
H: So, what are you going to do now?
M: I don’t know. But what I do know is that I don’t want to continue crying for what I never had. I want to cry with happiness for what I have, and that’s what I’m going to try to do.
