A wish kept in the heart,
an untold story, a song.
If a beautiful girl, my daughter, had been born,
other colors, other lives, she would have lived.

It is not sadness that dwells in my chest,
It is the longing for a life in another dawn.
Dreaming about buying dresses and lace,
See that no one, with you, exceeds themselves.

You would have been a flower in spring,
dancer of dreams, princess of chimeras.
I miss the laughter, the tears and the hugs,
the warmth of my arms and your tender laps.

If you had been born under the mantle of the moon,
The melody that my life sings would be different.
You would be a soft waltz, you would be a poem,
a dance that the wind, under the same stars creates.

But here I am, with my burning desire,
knowing that it no longer depends on me.
But every dream that blooms in my chest,
It makes me tougher, braver, stronger.

If you had been born my daughter, what a life,
a guarded desire, an infinite longing,
one glass of rum less, for each day.

I am who I am, and that is enough,
I am who I am, and that's what it feels like
my heart that beats, that lives, that dreams,
that, although he longs for you, he insists on himself.

So here I am, with my desire and my being,
with my story to tell, with my life to weave.
Because even if you don't exist, in my heart,
The seed of a girl always found her corner.

Paciencia / Patience

Paciencia / Patience

In the silence of waiting, the patient soul persists,
Enduring the weight of anguish, relentless and diligent.
An invisible and silent pain, the torture of the mind,
The claws of time scratching my skin, lingering tolerance.

The daily and constant struggle, in an impatient world,
Where time slides, without mercy, like a snake.
Adrift in the ocean, of impending uncertainty,
The patient person, a lonely and brave hero.

And with each tick tock of the clock, the torture worsens,
Like a sharp object, threatening with its haste.
But the patient person, in his infinite wisdom,
Learn to embrace pain, transforming it into a smile.

Because deep down, patience is urgent,
The fruit of waiting is worth more than a thousand offenses.
And although pain and torture fill existence,
The patient's strength becomes his essence.

Thus, in the garden of life, the tree of temperance grows,
Its firm and solid branches resist storms and violence.
The sun of victory shines, illuminating the patient person,
And at the end of the tortuous path, there is resistance.

Cuando ella se enfurece / When she gets angry

Cuando ella se enfurece / When she gets angry

When she gets angry,
The sky darkens and the wind blows,
A storm of emotions is brewing,
The earth around her creaks,
Love and anger intertwine,
Announcing, to your trumpet, my defeat.

Thunder rumbles in her voice,
Her eyes glared at her like lightning,
The hurricane of her anger is unleashed,
And my heart shrinks, step by step.

The landscape once full of sun,
Now it is dyed with gray tones,
The moon paints her skies red,
And the palm is hidden behind its roots.

But in this storm I find,
The strength and passion that characterizes her.
I do not fear the storm that is coming,
I face him with courage and love,
Well I know that in the eye of the storm,
Inhabit calm, tenderness and forgiveness.

When the storm subsides,
The light of his love shines again,
And in the rainbow of her smile,
I find her refuge, to love her again.

buscando nuestros destinos, siendo vehementes.

In a parallel world, far from here,
The other side of this coin is revealed.
There are thousands of stories to discover,
different versions of me, if I'm looking forward.

A place where the sun and the moon embrace,
without fear of the dark, without fear of the day by day,
where upbringing in values took precedence over greed,
where the love of my parents remained in me.

The innocence of the child resounds in the streets,
bright colors, in an eternal dance,
the dreams of wanting to be a doctor, physicist or actor!
They create a landscape, of a tender dream.

There is no sadness or pain, in that life,
only peace and love, with every look,
souls free of ties, discover their reason for being,
My eyes moisten when I see an accomplished psychologist.

In another life, who would I be?
would you be present?
Would we walk different paths?
searching for our destinies, being vehement.

And although that world seems far away,
maybe it only exists in the heart,
a place where dreams do not fade,
where the illusion always lived.

Then, we would be family of the unknown,
always expectant, self-assured,
A boy and a girl would play on our bed,
Our friends would see us with pride,
We would build the dream house together on high.

We would enjoy our old age, holding hands,
always together! knowing that, finally, we did it.

Cuando las luces se apagan. / When the lights turn off.

Cuando las luces se apagan. / When the lights turn off.

Against my will, I feel the absence,
where the light goes off and fades,
blindness reigns, silent and strong,
guiding the steps of this congenital illness.

Eyes closed, like withered petals,
They long for the caress of the sun on their faces,
but in this world, the shadow is companion and lover,
The destiny of darkness reminds me of oblivion.

The darkness embraces, like the infinite abyss,
and in his embrace, wisdom is found,
because in the fog, the other senses awaken,
and the world is felt, heard and breathed,
as if it were a newborn.

The hands touch the canvas like brushes,
painting a landscape of textures and nuances,
music and words, like eternal echoes,
They reveal stories, secrets in their voices,
a new language, full of nuances.

Blindness, although cruel and merciless,
It does not destroy the spirit, nor the hope,
For in adversity, strength flourishes,
and life is transformed, in a dance, it is renewed.

In this dark realm, we learn to see,
with the heart and soul, beyond the skin,
that blindness is not the end, but the beginning,
of a different path, full of mystery.
